What’s a credit?
1 credit = 1 AI reply on the Fast model (up to 250 words), including the meaning check and back-translation. Regenerates and Studio variants cost 1 credit; inbound translation costs ¼ credit (Growth+). Dialect detection is always free. 500 credits ≈ 15,000–25,000 words of sent replies — roughly 20–25 replies every working day.

How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with 7 days AND 100 AI credits — whichever runs out first. No card required. You pick your plan up front and the trial runs with that plan’s features, so what you try is what you get.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your workspace becomes read-only, but nothing is deleted: conversations keep arriving for 30 days and your whole setup is preserved. Subscribe any time to pick up where you left off — any unused trial credits come with you.
What exactly is a credit?
1 credit = 1 AI reply of up to 250 words on the Fast model, including the meaning check and back-translation. Longer texts use 1 credit per additional 250 words. The Balanced model is sharper on nuanced dialect and costs 1.5 credits per reply (Growth+). Regenerates and Studio variants are charged like a reply; inbound translation is ¼ credit (Growth+). Dialect detection is always free.
What if I use all my credits?
On paid plans, extra usage simply bills at your plan’s per-credit rate — up to a spend cap you control (default $20/month, adjustable 0–500). Hitting the cap only pauses AI transforms: your inbox, incoming messages and manual replies keep working.
Can I change plans?
Upgrades apply instantly — you’re charged the prorated difference, new features unlock immediately, and your unused credits carry over on top of the new allowance. Downgrades apply at your renewal date with no refunds for the difference.
Are WhatsApp conversation fees included?
Meta bills WhatsApp per-conversation fees directly to your own WhatsApp Business Account — Lahja never marks them up and never touches that billing.
Who owns my data?
You do. Your conversations, contacts and content are yours; you can export reports any time and request full deletion of your workspace from the settings page.
